Booty-Core Care

This is a fun way to dance, sweat, and build our bodies with supportive, functional movements. The goal of this class is to find more connection, ease, and joy in the body for more pain free living.

Think Jane Fonda meets pilates, barre, and some real grounded booty dancing—in the best way.

Tuesdays 10am-11am, Thursdays 9-10am
